Back pain can be a common symptom among working adults and the elderly. It can be a result of improper posture, overworking and many other causes. Do not place ice directly when massaging and ensure that you do not massage directly on the bony parts of your spine.

The heat therapy reduces the amount pain signals  sent to the brain which relieves discomfort. Low-level heat that bring healing warmth to the lower back is a popular method for back pain relief.
